To say I love what I do would be an understatement. I’ve always had a passion for real estate but when you can pair that with helping people – that’s truly great. Whether you are buying or selling a home, investing in your first income property or off to your next posting, the real estate transaction can be an emotional roller coaster ride. I like to believe I’m your trusted advisor and maybe even sometimes your therapist that guides you in the right direction, not pushing you one way or the other. As a Realtor, my job is to relay relative facts, current market conditions and future developments/regulations that could ultimately affect your greatest asset(s). Some agents want to get you through the transaction as quick as possible to get the prize at the end but I believe in patience and honesty. And while that prize at the end is great, I much prefer to have a client and friend for life that knows I’m there for them and will always steer them in the right direction.

I was born and raised in Kingston, so I love this place and I’m always interested in learning where this great city is going and how it could affect you and I. I keep my finger on the pulse of economic development and real estate trends, I regularly review Planning Department meetings and closely follow city council and the important decisions they make.
